Property Rules

These rules apply to every villa. The full terms, including cancellation and liability, are set out in the rental agreement the lead guest signs after booking.

Occupancy

Only the number of guests named on the reservation may stay overnight. Extra guests must be approved in writing before arrival.

Pets

Pets are not permitted at any of the villas unless a pet fee has been agreed and paid in advance.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. Please smoke outside and away from open doors and windows.

Events

Parties, events and gatherings beyond the booked party require written approval from the host.

Quiet hours

Please keep noise down between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am out of respect for neighbours.

Damages

Guests are responsible for the villa and its contents during the stay. Any damage must be reported before check-out.
